1966 Chevrolet Biscayne
1966 Chevrolet Biscayne is a series of automobiles produced by Chevrolet (in range from 1958 through 1972), and was the least expensive model in the Chevrolet full-car range at the time. The design of this vehicle was related to the popular Chevrolet Impala, also Chevrolet Bel Air and Chevrolet Caprice. This particular 1966 model year is a part of the third generation (1964 – 1970) of Chevy Biscayne. Only three body styles for this third generation were available, 2-door sedan, 4-door sedan and 4-door station wagon.
Transmission: 3-speed and 4-speed manual combined with Power-glide and Turbo Hydra-matic automatic transmission. Lots of different engine options, but the two most powerful machines for this 1966 Chevrolet Biscayne model year are 327 cu-in – 5.4 L – V8 and 409 cu-in – 6.7 L – V8.
