1969 Dodge Charger R/T – V8 Sound
When someone says ‘muscle car’ many of us think that he/she is saying Dodge Charger, especially when it comes to classic muscle cars. The 1969 model year is the most popular model year for the Chargers, and the most popular year in the world of the muscle cars too. This model year is part of the second generation (1968 – 1970) from six different generations. It is a B-body platform related to Dodge Coronet and Plymouth Road Runner, GTX.
Under the hood of this beast there is a highly modified Big Block 440 cubic inch V8 engine. On the video below you can enjoy the sound of this machine, which is actually very important for all of the Detroit vehicles. Beside the looks and the speed, the sound of the engine plays huge part in the world of (classic) muscle cars.
