1970 Plymouth Barracuda 572 HEMI Convertible

The 1970 model year is the first model from the last third generation of Plymouth Barracudas. This version removed all its previous commonality with Plymouth Valiant, and with the E-body platform it’s now related to the popular Dodge Challenger.
One of the many special details are the BF Goodrich radial T/A tires, the black vinyl top and the hockey stick stripe at the back of the car that says ‘HEMI’. Under the hood of this 1970 Plymouth Barracuda is a 572 cubic-inch HEMI engine producing 650 horsepower and 660 lb-ft of torque. There are three different transmissions for the third generation of Barracudas, 3-speed manual, 4-speed manual and 3-speed Torqueflite automatic transmission system.
