1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda
There are only ten years of production for this iconic muscle car, starting from 1964 through 1974. Manufactured by Plymouth, division of Chrysler, in three different generations this though looking classic vehicle will always be on top of the muscle cars enthusiasts’ list. First generation has a fastback A-body coupe body style based on Plymouth Valiant. Second generation was redesigned and available in three different body styles – convertible, fastback and notchback version.
This particular 1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda model year is a part of the third generation, E-body style and no longer Valiant based. This third generation also has the most powerful engine manufactured for the Barracuda vehicles, 440 cubic inch – 7.2 L – RB V8. Transmission: 3-speed manual, 4-speed manual and 3-speed TorqueFlite automatic.
