2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Set a World Record On Ice
We have seen a lot of videos with the 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat SRT HEMI . With burnouts, 1/4 mile drag races and other crazy things. But this time is quite different. This time the Challenger Hellcat had travelled to Sweden in their coldest place to set a new world record. A world speed record on ice in this year Speed Weekend in Arsunda Sweden, where are gathered a lot of petrolheads and speed addicts.
This Hellcat Challenger is pure stock, only the tires are changed because of the grip with the icy surface. We all know other Hellcat numbers, Supercharged Chrysler’s 6.2 liter or 370 cubic-inch SRT HEMI Hellcat small-block V8 engine, generating 707 horsepower and 650 lb.-ft. of torque at the rear wheels. As you can see in the video bellow the Hellcat achieved a top speed of 274.56 kph or 170.60 mph and set a world record on ice.
