Every Hot Rot builder has his own imagination and way of expression, their usual way of expressing their feelings is through the American muscle cars. This is a short documentary about the custom hot rod builder, Bodie Stroud and his custom and extremely rare 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 494.
Bodie Stroud had chosen to restore this piece of history with a touch of modern technology. This particular 1969 Ford Mustang has been completely restored and customized, while under the hood there is extremely rare All Aluminum Ford 494 Boss engine which was originally built back in 1969 for Mario Andretti Can Am race car.
There are only ten 494 engines ever built, they were too big and powerful which even Mustang enthusiasts don’t know of the existence of this engine. This Mustang Chassis has been modernized with all new suspension and exhaust system. The engine generates massive 777 horsepower, and has been personally signed by Mario Andretti at SEMA Car Show.
