Shelby Daytona Coupe
You might remember these legendary and one of the most iconic cars of all time, dominating back in the 60’s. Shelby Daytona Coupe was designed by Pete Brock who did the Corvette Stingray and number of other things. This particular vehicle is one of the original cars, there are only about six of those out there. The owner Bruce Goldsmith says that this originally was a superformance built car. From the outside the fiberglass body looks almost perfect, the back wheels are 12 inches wide while the front are 10 inches wide.
Speaking about what’s under the hood, there is a 427 windsor all-aluminium engine producing about 580 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. The transmission is T600 5-speed manual. From the inside of this Shelby Daytona Coupe there are seats similar to those from the 60’s but lower to the floor and much more comfortable.
