The 1970 Dodge Charger was the last version of the second generation Charger’s. They were offered as the 500 SE and R/T SE (special edition) models, which includes better equipment. These Chargers under the hood were equipped with 440 cubic inch or 7.2 liter V8 Magnum engine rated at 375 horsepower and 482 lb.-ft. of torque, 440 cubic inch or 7.2 liter V8 Six Pack engine rated at 390 horsepower and 490 lb.-ft. of torque. While the most powerful and legendary is the 426 cubic inch or 7.0 liter Hemi V8 engine rated at 425 horsepower and 490 lb.-ft. of torque.
